After many years of abandonment, the Bullring of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is about to undergo an important process of recovery of Santa Cruz Bullring . This historic building, designed in 1893 by the renowned architect Antonio Pintor, will be transformed without losing its essence.

The owners of the property, the Hafner family, have proposed a plan that includes the construction of residential units, parking spaces, and public facilities, while respecting the original facade of the building. The project also plans to construct a six-story residential building with 591 parking spaces.
