3. Webcams and real-time information

  • The webcam images are streamed live from cameras managed by third parties (for example, SkylineWebcams or other providers and site owners). Their availability, quality and framing depend on those third parties and may be interrupted without prior notice.
  • The webcams show panoramic views of public places for tourism purposes. If you believe an image affects your rights, contact us.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, site design, in-house maps, own photographs, brand and logo of CanariasLife belong to its owner or are used under license. Webcam streams, videos and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may view the content and share links to the site's pages. To request permission, write to [email protected].

5. Proper use of the website

The user agrees not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties, and in particular not to:

  • interfere with the operation of the site, its players or its servers, or attempt to access restricted areas;
  • extract content on a large scale or by automated means (scraping) without authorization;
  • send via the contact form illicit, offensive, unsolicited advertising or content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Content produced with the help of artificial intelligence

Some texts and translations on the site are created with the help of AI tools and are editorially reviewed. More information at the AI Disclaimer.

7. Advertising and sponsors

9. Liability

CanariasLife works to ensure information is correct and the service is available, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or technical failures. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, the unavailability of the webcams, the use of indicative information or third-party content. This limitation does not affect liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence nor the rights that the law grants to consumers.

10. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.

11. Changes

The owner may update these terms and the website's content. The applicable terms are those published on this page at the time of your visit.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
