With the same name, is located in Puerto de la Cruz, north of the island of Tenerife.
It is one of the busiest coastal promenades on the island due to its accessibility, numerous shops and its close views of the sea.
The walk starts at the intersection with Calle de Santo Domingo and ends at the Casino, where the Avenida de Cristóbal Colón begins, giving access to the International Tourist Complex of Lago Martiánez.
The beach, which used to be a wharf, is made of black sand and “callaos” and has been the traditional bathing area of the municipality.
Picturesque place for its natural puddles that have the distinction of Blue Flag. The length of the beach does not reach 20 meters and its width is about 15 meters on average.
The name of the beach is related to the fact that it is annexed to the Hermitage of San Telmo (18th century).
