Das hei\u00dft, wenn du eine formelle Anzeige erstattest und Beweise daf\u00fcr vorlegst, dass der Ort dein Wohnsitz ist, k\u00f6nnen die Beamten sofort eingreifen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn du jedoch nicht nachweisen kannst, dass du dieses Haus regelm\u00e4\u00dfig nutzt, kommt der <strong>Artikel 245 <\/strong>zur Anwendung, der die Usurpation bestraft. In diesem Fall ist der Prozess langsamer und erfordert ein Gerichtsverfahren. Zudem k\u00f6nnten die Besetzer geltend machen, dass diese Wohnung ihr Hauptwohnsitz ist, was die Situation weiter kompliziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass du, wenn du Opfer einer illegalen Besetzung bist, schnell handeln und deine Beziehung zum Eigentum gut dokumentieren solltest.
